The grapes are harvested in crates and then vinified naturally in stainless steel vats in Meursault. They then spend a year in barriques and a final six months in vats. A small production of just six barriques per vintage.
Floral nose with notes of small fruits and undergrowth, mineral hints, wild herbs, and black pepper; fine and savory on the palate, medium-bodied and long-lasting.
Meat appetizers, roasts, lamb, medium-aged cheeses.
