Description

Harvested by hand in mid-September, the grapes are picked in the morning during the coolest hours, the whole bunches are gently pressed; fermentation of the must and subsequent maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour with greenish hues; delicate, fruity nose with slight hints of hazelnut; dry and pleasantly fresh on the palate.

Vegetarian dishes, freshwater fish, white meat, fresh cheese.
