The vinification takes place by leaving the must in contact with the skins for a week. the Nosiola then patiently rests inside seasoned acacia barrels until the end of its fermentation, remaining on the yeasts until May-June of the following year.
Bright and luminous yellow color; complex nose of bergamot and yellow peach, with notes of white flowers and toasted dried fruit. Structured and full-bodied sip, fresh and balanced, savory, elegant and persistent.
Tasty vegetarian dishes, grilled fish, shellfish, white meats, slightly mature cheeses.
