Description

The grapes, harvested in small crates and selected, are left overnight in the winery to achieve natural cooling of the fruits; skin maceration occurs during fermentation, with gradual manual racking and no final pressing. It matures for 12 months in 500L oak and acacia barrels.

Deep golden yellow colour; intense and broad floral and mineral impact, from lime honey to saltiness; light and elegant tasting texture.
