Spergola Querciole Frizzante IGT 2023

The grapes, collected in small boxes and selected, are left overnight in the winery, to obtain the natural refreshing of the fruits; brief maceration during the first part of fermentation, progressive drawing off of the skins, manually, without final pressing. The free-run must is cooled upon pressing and added to the wine before bottling; the natural refermentation in the bottle is completed after about 3 months and leaves room for continuous refinement.

Golden yellow color; nose with fermentative and yellow apple notes, up to subtle candies; sip of enveloping and persistent acidity and salinity, a direct expression of the territory.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses.
