Description

Manual harvest in boxes; pressing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation on the skins at 20/22°C for three days, with wetting of the cap, racking after three days; maturation in steel for 6 months, refinement in bottle for at least 4 months.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour; slightly aromatic nose, with notes of yellow flowers, ripe yellow fruit and musk; intense and complex sip, elegant, structured and persistent.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers and first courses, grilled fish, seafood, lightly matured cheeses.
