Greco 33.3%, Sauvignon 33.3%, Viognier 33.3%
Manual harvesting and sorting of grapes; separate spontaneous fermentations for each grape variety: in steel for the Sauvignon with short maceration, in steel with prolonged stay on the skins and subsequently in barrique for the Greco; the wine matures for 12 months in second passage barriques. Malolactic fermentation partially carried out. Blended before bottling. It is released on the market after 12 months of bottle aging.
Deep golden yellow colour; on the nose aromas ranging from citrus flowers, to ripe white fruit, to cedar wood with a fresh balsamic base note. Mineral sip with great structure and persistence.
Vegetarian dishes, seafood first courses, shellfish and seafood, medium-aged cheeses.
