Riesling, Pinot Noir
Manual harvest in 18kg boxes starting from the third week of August with maceration/fermentation on the skins; in late spring, the entire batch of wine composed of 90% riesling and 10% pinot noir, is bottled for long fermentation. After at least 36 months of maturation on its lees it is disgorged and refined for a further 6 months. Sold after at least 3 years.
Shiny orange color; delicate, fruity, citrus, floral, slightly spicy nose; fresh and soft sip, full and complex.
Beef tartare, carpaccio, shellfish.
