Description

From vineyards at 140m asl, on sandy-clayey soils with the presence of skeleton. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28° for 20 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation during ageing. Matured for a minimum of 12 months in 5 hl French oak tonneaux and at least 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

The nose has ample notes of red fruits, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is soft with silky tannins and a slight acid touch that refreshes the drink.

Starters and earthy first courses, roasts, grilled or stewed red meats, semi-mature cheeses.
