Description

From vineyards at 140m asl, on sandy-clayey soils with the presence of skeleton. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28° for 20 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation during ageing. Matured for a minimum of 12 months in 5 hl French oak tonneaux and at least 6 months in the bottle.
