Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in steel; 70% of the mass matures for 7 months in steel, while the remaining 30% spends the same time in large, almost exhausted wooden barrels; once assembled the wine is bottled with a homeopathic addition of sulfur dioxide.

Floral nose, of aromatic herbs, with notes of orange and lime, anise and ginger; mineral and dynamic sip, fresh and tasty.
