Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 10 days; the wine matures in steel and vitrified concrete barrels, refines in the bottle until released on the market.
Bright ruby red colour; fine and persistent nose, fruity, pleasantly vinous, with hints of blackberries, blueberries and spices; very intense, savory, pleasant to drink.
First courses with meat sauces, braised meats, roasts, game, mature cheeses.
