Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation with maceration on the skins for 6/8 days; the wine matures in 20hl Slavonian oak barrels and in French barriques; refines in the bottle until released on the market.
Deep ruby red colour; intense and persistent nose, with hints of ripe fruit; soft and intense sip, savory, long-lasting.
First courses with meat sauces, braised meats, game, game, mature cheeses.
