Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard, in the first ten days of September. Fermentation with maceration for 6 days in steel at a controlled temperature; maturation for 4 months in second passage barriques, refinement in bottle for 4 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; fruity nose of cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy notes; enveloping and harmonious sip, with soft tannins well present.

Pairings

Ground first courses, stewed or grilled red meats, medium-aged cheeses.
