Palizzi Rosato IGT Rumbè 2023

From a single vineyard overlooking the Ionian Sea; manual harvest, cold maceration on the skins and delicate pressing with a pneumatic press; the must obtained is fermented, without the skins, in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. We then proceed with racking and refinement for a few months in steel before bottling.

The wine presents an intense pink color with coral reflections. Intense aromas of flowers, including rose and violet, red fruit, including currants and citrus fruits appear on the nose. In the mouth it is round, soft with a pleasant final flavor, it is a wine with good structure and complexity but of immediate pleasantness.
