100% Pinot Noir
Manual harvest with careful selection in the vineyard in the second half of October; destemming, red wine vinification with fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2 weeks; maturation in barriques for 12 months and bottle ageing 6 months.
Ruby red in colour, velvety and persistent nose with distinct notes of small red and black fruits; elegant and enveloping on the palate, with great persistence.
Earthy starters, first courses with game sauces, lamb, mature cheeses.
