Pas Dosé Alto Adige DOC 2017

From vines with an average age of 30 years, trained using a modified pergola and Guyot system, the grapes are selected and fermented. The wine matures 70% in steel and 30% in oak barrels. The following spring the wine is bottled where the second fermentation takes place. Minimum 36 months on the lees, traditional hand riddling on the pupitres, dégorgement and refinement period before being put on sale.

Clear and brilliant straw yellow colour, fine and continuous perlage. Intense and persistent aroma, with a strong hint of yeast. Harmonious, fine and lively sip.

First courses based on fish and vegetables, roasted and grilled fish, white and red meats.
