Malvasia Moscata
The grapes are dried on racks until the end of February; we then proceed to slow fermentation in small oak barrels, where the wine continues its maturation; a third of the wine ferments and rests for a year inside a barrel made of Luserna stone.
Golden yellow color with amber reflections; intense and penetrating nose with significant notes of apricot and citrus fruits; full, warm sip, with an excellent alcohol-acid-sugar ratio which makes it sweet but never cloying.
Blue and mature cheeses, dry pastries and desserts in general.
