Pater Patriae Pinot Nero Toscana IGT 2016

Grapes harvested by hand and carefully selected at the sorting tables. The spontaneous and completely natural fermentation, entrusted only to native yeasts, lasts from 18 to 25 days and takes place in oak vats at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine rests for 12 months in French oak barriques. After this period the wine matures further in concrete tanks and is bottled without filtration within 12/24 months.

Intense ruby ​​red color. Refined nose with the scent of raspberry and roses, blueberries and red berries, with balsamic and spicy notes and a slight hint of leather. Fine and elegant sip, full-bodied, with velvety tannins and good acidity, good structure and persistence.
