The grapes come from biodynamically cultivated vineyards. Winemaking involves maceration on the skins for approximately six days, with spontaneous fermentation and without filtration.
Bright orange colour; intense nose of exotic fruit, candied citrus fruits and sweet spices; structured sip, with present tannins and a pleasant freshness.
Seafood, shellfish, spicy vegetarian dishes, Asian cuisine, mature cheeses.
