Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; vinified with a rest on the skins for at least 12 hours, then the white alcoholic fermentation continues; the wine ages in steel for 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with pale golden hues; delicate nose of tomato and fig; fresh and decidedly aromatic sip, with vegetal notes of nettle.
