Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard. Coming from the Rasl vineyard in Partschins, it ferments in steel at a controlled temperature (18 °C) with Native yeasts. It then refines for 6 months in steel until bottling at the end of March.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, with a fruity and juicy flavour. Fresh and agile wine, which reflects the Alpine territory from which the grapes come.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif or also to accompany fish starters and light dishes.
