Pinot Bianco
Grown at 500m on porphyry and morainic soil, this Pinot Blanc ages for 5 months on the yeasts in large wooden barrels for 80% and in barriques for the remaining 20%.
Straw yellow color with light greenish reflections and delicate floral bouquet reminiscent of apple. Full and full-bodied, with marked acidity, it is a persistent wine on the palate and dry on the finish.
As an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish-based starters.
