Description

Harvested by hand in boxes with selection in the vineyard in September; fermentation takes place spontaneously in the presence of the skins in oak conical vats for 30 days; the wine matures for two years in 10hl oak casks and is refined for one year in the bottle.

Tasting

A unique colour given by the long maceration, with amber and rosy reflections; aromatic and elegant nose of great complexity, with notes of officinal herbs, currants, honey and balsamic hints of mint and liquorice; rich and soft on the palate, with delicate tannins and a fruity finish.
