Description

Tasting

Aromas reminiscent of flint and high mountain hay. Dry, medium acidic flavor with good body.

Risottos with mushrooms or vegetables, well-structured dishes based on fish or white meat, well seasoned with spices or aromatic sauces, or young and tasty cheeses.
