Description

In 1991 an ancient terraced vineyard was recovered, restoring the land according to the mountain slope. Thus was born the Collina Zinzèle”, characterized by low rows, arranged in the direction of the maximum slope, with high density with the aim of obtaining a low yield per vine and a high quality of the grapes. Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks. Aging of the wine in small French oak barrels for approximately 24/36 months and long refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

red color tending towards garnet. Intense aroma with hints of small undergrowth fruit (strawberries and blackberries), wild cherries and black cherries, with predominant sensations of various spices (licorice, vanilla, etc.). Very soft tannins on the palate, great elegance and complexity.

Pairings

Excellent with game, beef fillet and mature cheeses
