Pinot Nero Riserva “Zinzèle” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2016

In 1991 an ancient terraced vineyard was recovered, restoring the land according to the mountain slope. Thus was born the Collina Zinzèle”, characterized by low rows, arranged in the direction of the maximum slope, with high density with the aim of obtaining a low yield per vine and a high quality of the grapes. Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks. Aging of the wine in small French oak barrels for approximately 24/36 months and long refinement in the bottle.

red color with slightly garnet reflections. Intense nose of small red fruits, wild cherries and black cherries, with spicy notes of liquorice and vanilla. Robust sip with firm tannins; with refinement in the bottle, more complex and soft sensations emerge.
