Description

The grapes come from vineyards located on granite soils. 1/3 of the grapes are pressed with the feet, the rest poured directly into the maceration tank without destemming; the maceration lasts about 20 days, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. No filtration.

Tasting

Deep ruby red color with violet hues; nose of berries, with floral and spicy notes; large and soft sip, with tannins present but well integrated and returns of plum and spices.
