Description

Harvest in the first half of September; white vinification at a controlled temperature of approximately 16/18°C for the entire fermentation period; subsequently the wine matures 80% in steel and 20% in oak barrels, with frequent batonnage, until spring.

Tasting

Yellow color tending towards gold. Citrus scent with hints of peach, alfalfa and final hints of coriander. white wine with structure and body.
