Description

Destemming-soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with 3 hours of maceration; aged 9 months in steel tanks on fine lees, with subsequent decanting for cleaning. Refermented in the bottle with the addition of frozen must.

Tasting

Mandarin/salmon color, nose of honey, dried figs and plums; enveloping and expressive sip, medium acidity.
