Description

Manual harvest in boxes; after a short cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed; the fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and the wine matures in the tank for approximately five months.

Copper colour; rich aromatic nuances that are immediately recalled on the palate; wide complexity, reminiscent of wild fruits, mainly pears.
