Description

This wine represents at the same time the starting point of Camille Paquet’s wine adventure and the symbol of the entire production of the Domaine. The Chardonnay grapes are softly pressed and the must ferments both in steel and in barriques at a controlled temperature. At the end of vinification the wine ages for a few months, before being lightly filtered and bottled.

Tasting

In the glass it presents a straw yellow tone. Buttery aromas emerge on the nose, enriched by fragrances of honey, dried flowers and yellow pulp fruit. Savoring it, it reveals itself to be a wine with remarkable body, with a simultaneously warm and fresh sip, thanks to an acidic note that delicately blends into the overall structure.
