Sauvignon Blanc
It is the result of the reunification of the best terroirs belonging to the Saget family in the municipality of Pouilly sur Loire. Four prestigious plots including Chantalouettes and Vaurigny are used in the blend of this wine obtained from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Direct pneumatic pressing. Cold decantation for 48 hours. Aging on fine lees for 9 months. Refined in bottle for 6-8 months before sale.
Straw yellow wine with slight emerald green reflections, with a beautiful shine. The aromas open with floral notes punctuated by litchi, pineapple and grapefruit. The attack on the palate is round, with a light acidity that makes this wine dynamic. Very beautiful and complex persistence.
Carpaccio of scallops with citrus fruits, asparagus with cream, puff pastry of veal sweetbreads.
