“Prè” Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Predappio DOC 2018

From vineyards planted in 1972 in Predappio Alta, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, maceration for 3 weeks, at the end of which 50% of the mass refines in large wood for 8 months while the other in cement, subsequently at least a year and a half of bottle.

On the nose geranium and violet, then berries and cherry, hints of wild herbs and mineral returns. On the palate Fresh and subtle, with a barely noticeable tannic texture and lots of flavor and persistence.

Braised meats and grilled red meats.
