Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard between the end of September and October; spontaneous fermentation on the skins in truncated oak vats for 40 days; the wine matures in 20 or 30hl oak barrels for 3 years and is refined in bottles for 1 year.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour with garnet hues; intense and fruity nose of small black fruits, with herbaceous and slightly spicy notes; enveloping and balanced, elegant sip, with returns of small fruits and great persistence.
