Description

Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks. The wine matures in small oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, followed by a long period of bottle ageing.

Tasting

Intense garnet colour. Fruity aroma of red and blackcurrants, peppery and spicy. Characteristic flavour with crisp tannins.

Pair with main courses of roast red meat and game, cured meats and mature cheeses.
