Description

Manual harvest at the beginning of September; soft pressing with dry ice and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, limiting the contact of the wine with oxygen during all its phases. Subsequent maturation of the wine for 6 months in steel with weekly batonnage, bottling the following spring.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; intense and delicate nose, of flowers and ripe fruits; fresh and soft sip, with a bitter finish typical of the vine.
