Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional red vinification in contact with the skins; matures for 8 months in medium toasted Allier and Troncais oak barrels, refines for at least 6 months in the bottle.
Amaranth red color with ruby reflections. Concentrated, ethereal, noble nose. Dry, velvety and persistent sip.
Grilled red meats, stews, mature cheeses.
