Description

Grapes meticulously harvested by hand, destemming and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; short maceration of 24/48 hours to tone down the rustic character of the vine and preserve fruit and crunchiness; malolactic fermentation carried out naturally; no clarification or filtration, bottling the following spring.

Tasting

Intense nose of rose and violet, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and plums, with spicy and mineral tones; fresh and slim sip, mineral and persistent.
