Description

Manual harvest in the first ten days of October; after destemming and crushing, the grapes are gently pressed. The free-run must, after cold static decantation, ferments at approximately 18°C for 20-30 days. The wine then ages for 4 months in steel tanks and further ages in the bottle before release.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; fruity and floral nose, with citrus and mineral notes; fresh and balanced on the palate, savory and mineral.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers, grilled fish, white meats, grilled vegetables, and lightly aged cheeses.
