Description

Manual harvest in the last ten days of October; after destemming and pressing, the grapes are slowly fermented, with maceration on the skins for 20 days; the wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barriques and then further ages in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color with garnet highlights; intense nose of wild berry jam and sweet spices; juicy and smooth on the palate, savory and balanced, with a finish of licorice and vanilla.
