Pineau d’Aunis and Grolleau
The grapes are destemmed by hand, taking care to leave the berry intact. It ages for a year in used barriques.
Fruity and spicy nose, with prominent cherry and notes of wild herbs; lively and light on the palate, fresh and fruity, with spicy aftertaste and nice acidity.
Meat appetizers, grilled meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
