Manual harvesting of the grapes, traditional red wine vinification; the wine ages for approximately 2 years in 25 and 50 hl oak barrels; it then ages in the bottle for approximately one year.
Pale ruby red color; broad and elegant nose, of small red fruits and cherry, with notes of undergrowth, spice, and licorice; energetic and intense on the palate, with good freshness and elegance.
Stewed red meats, game, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
