Description

The grapes are harvested by hand and quickly destemmed. The must obtained from here is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation is maintained at a constant temperature of 17°C.

Tasting

The color is straw yellow. The scent is elegant with distinct notes of exotic fruit. Dry and mineral on the palate, with great freshness and long persistence.
