Description

The ripest bunches are selected and harvested manually in 18kg boxes starting from the third week of September, the grapes are loaded into the press, protecting them with dry ice. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel until March and refines in the bottle for a month.

Tasting

Intense golden color; strong nose of dried apricot, with balsamic notes of sage and thyme; full and enveloping sip, complex, warm and sumptuous.

Elaborate appetizers, important first courses, shellfish in sauce.
