Description

Manual harvest at the beginning of October. Aglianico, Montepulciano and Piedirosso coexist in the same vineyard and are harvested and vinified together. Fermentation lasts 16/18 days at 22/26°C, with maceration on the skins for 4 days; cold decanting and decanting follow, plus a period of refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color tending towards garnet, with good consistency. The aromas, of notable intensity, persistence and finesse, are fruity, floral, spicy, broad, ethereal. There are berries, violets, roses, walnuts, tobacco, vanilla, spices and a slight hint of smoke. The taste is dry, without concessions, warm, soft, savory, appropriately tannic, full-bodied, intense and persistent, very fine and harmonious.
