Description

At Ca’ Lojera, the third harvest is reserved for the Riserva del Lupo, between the end of October and November. In this way, grapes with botrytis nobile are obtained and all the minerality of the soils that were once the bed of the lake is extracted. It matures for two years in steel vats and six months in the bottle, in the company’s underground cellar, at naturally constant temperature and humidity.
