Description

Manual in box with selection in the vineyard; white vinification at 10/12°C preceded by cryomaceration, with fermentation stopped at 9/10 degrees alcohol by lowering the temperature; maturation in steel for 4 months.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow color with golden reflections; intense nose, with fruity notes of apples and bananas on typically aromatic notes. Sweet and full sip, pleasantly soft, with good freshness and flavor, and a finish with aromatic returns.
