Romagna Albana Secco DOCG 2022

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; cryomaceration for extraction of primary aromas, and subsequent white vinification with fermentation between 10 and 12°C which lasts for approximately 30/35 days. The wine matures for 4 months in steel with batonnage on its yeasts before being bottled.

Straw yellow color with golden highlights; complex and powerful nose, of great persistence, with notes of cyclamen and jasmine. Soft and rounded sip, intensely fresh and savory, with a beautiful finish enlivened by a light tannic contribution.

Seafood first courses, grilled fish, crustaceans and molluscs, slightly mature cheeses.
