Manual harvest in boxes with graduated harvests in the vineyard, with further selection on a manual sorting table. Vinification in steel at 15/16°C: part from bloodletting of the reds after cold pre-maceration, part from very light direct pressing of the whole, non-stemmed grapes, part from cold maceration on the skins; maturation in steel, brief refinement in bottle.

Bright cherry red color, with lively purple reflections. Fresh and persistent nose of strawberry, pomegranate and cherries, with floral hints among which the rose stands out. A sip of great balance between the softness and the lively acid and mineral component, which make for a long persistence in the mouth.

Mixed appetizers, legume and cereal soups, roasted or grilled white meats, elaborate fish preparations.
